Q. How do you ship packages?
A. We discreetly pack and ship by USPS priority mail, in plain priority mail
packaging, in boxes or plain white packaging for international, the return address
simply states, "JLK and Associates inc." Nothing on the package indicates the
intimate nature of our product.
Q. What if I need to exchange
an item?
A. The following must be observed when returning items:
- JLK & Associates offers a money back guarantee
on the purchase price less the industry standard 15% restocking fee (50% on
dyed items) and the original shipping & handling cost.
- Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- Email
for authorization.
- NO Return without authorization.
- Given the intimate nature of our products, we require items to be unworn
with tags attached.
- Returned items not meeting this criteria will require a further payment
for repeat shipping.
- Panties & opened hosiery are not returnable.
- Please insure the package for your own protection.
- We do not accept returns on Annette
brand products. However we will exchange them for a different style or color
or size.
